Rebecca Bennett brings a strong track record in R&D and innovation management, with a career grounded in the red meat industry. Joining the NRG-ONE team in 2025, her mix of scientific expertise and commercial insight enables her to bridge the gap between research and real-world application.

Before joining NRG-ONE, Rebecca worked across industry on high-impact projects to improve supply chain performance and operational outcomes, and has been recognised as a finalist for the Meat Business Women “One to Watch” award. As a former Co-Innovation Manager at the Australian Meat Processor Corporation, Rebecca worked closely with processors, building strong industry relationships and driving research and development. In her current role, she continues this focus, working alongside processors to support the deployment of the Econoliser.
