With more than 16 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 10 years of management positions, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role with NRG-ONE.

He plays a major role in utilising his many years of experience to upskill and mentor his team members and the broader business in areas of estimating and tendering, project management and ensuring effective and efficient teamwork.

His practical experience, complemented with a thorough understanding of relevant manufactures and government department regulation, ensures projects he delivers are of extremely high quality and to specification.

Grant is also responsible for developing and implementing project programs, establishing, and maintaining project budgets, and providing operational support. He is committed to safety on-site and works closely with teams to ensure a safe working environment.

As an experienced manager, Grant takes pleasure in mentoring and leading emerging team members and finds great personal fulfilment in seeing their career development. He also enjoys providing input and facilitating various training and career development programs.
