As the CEO of NRG-ONE, Carl leads a team of energy experts who specialise in end-to-end sustainability solutions for the commercial, industrial, and utilities sectors. With a certification as an energy manager and a background in sustainability, Carl is an expert in reducing emissions and costs.

His expertise includes carbon and energy management, supply chain emissions, integrated renewable energy, and sustainable food production. Carl has a successful track record of leading a portfolio of energy and greenhouse gas abatement projects, and he is known for his innovative leadership in sustainability.

Prior to his role at NRG-ONE Carl served as the Chief Sustainability Officer of Teys Australia and co-founded Beam energy labs. He is also a member of the Sustainability Steering Group for the Australian Beef Sustainability Framework, where he helps facilitate sustainability goals for the red meat industry.

Carl is passionate about supporting global and Australian organisations in accessing affordable, emissions-free energy supply while exceeding their sustainability goals.
